I'm blushing. I'm nervous. I'm thrilled! You'd think I've just been asked to lead a discussion for Oprah or Reese's book club.
Well, pret-ty darn close in my opinion. The Rosé All Day Literary Society, my very own book club, has selected The Truth About Sunday Minor for April reading (May discussion)!
Again with the perfect timing, y’all. It so happens that April is also National Child Abuse Prevention Month. I must encourage you here to suggest it to your own book club to read before May if your group is still undecided or pick up a copy for your personal April TBR stack. I’ll save the soapbox rhetoric, except that if you’d like a glimpse into the perspective of a child who could benefit from prevention efforts celebrated next month, Sunday Minor’s story offers just that.
Of course with the book club news, I went straight to work drafting discussion questions (uploaded here). Check out the doc if you have time. Too much? Separate docs needed? Unnecessary questions? What'd'ya think? It’s my first time, so please feel free to share your suggestions in the comments.
Also, Facebook & Instagram followers watched the Sunday Minor Mystery Box giveaways last week. I’d considered revealing what’s in the box after, but I’m glad I didn’t because I’ll be surprising my Rosé All Day girls with one when we talk in May!
I’m currently creating a book club package that I am 99.9% sure will include this box, too.
In the meantime, I am giving another one away at my April book signing in Austin, sooo come see me, and enter to win, yes?

I’d love to see you there!
